Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize network adequacy across the clinical portfolio
• Define and track key performance drivers, designing reporting frameworks for visibility
• Drive cross-functional strategy to bridge network gaps and implement scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or digital health
• Strong quantitative analytical skills (Excel/Google sheets/SQL required)
• Ability to structure ambiguous and complex problems
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional relationship management experience
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality mental health care
