Job Summary
Focused on enhancing seller relationships and driving revenue growth, the full-time salaried Growth Strategy Manager will design and implement strategies for retention, churn reduction, and multi-product adoption within Square's Global Account Management business.
Key responsibilities
- Define and operationalize the Account Management strategy, emphasizing retention and churn reduction
- Build and maintain operational processes including book building, account assignment, and performance management
- Streamline and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency and support cross-functional initiatives
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, revenue/sales operations, or management consulting, preferably in SaaS or FinTech
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Salesforce and data visualization tools such as Looker or Snowflake
- Proven ability to document business and technical requirements and collaborate with technical teams
- Solid understanding of Account Management processes, including coverage models and retention strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior partners and align cross-functional teams
