Growth Strategy Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Growth Specialist to support its business strategy and growth team in activating growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead-vetting calls and translate prospects' needs into customized RFP responses
• Lead the development and management of responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), ensuring timely and comprehensive submissions
• Assist in the development and preparation of pitches, maintaining documentation and coordinating team efforts

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of marketing/business development experience preferred
• Experience responding to RFPs preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on a wide variety of tasks
