Job Summary

Focused on driving customer success and expansion, the full-time Growth Technical Success Manager will manage a large portfolio of clients, providing strategic technical guidance and developing digital programs to enhance product adoption and retention in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Employ a strategic, one-to-many approach to provide technical guidance and optimization insights to growth customers
  • Design and deliver digital programs that drive retention, product adoption, and measurable outcomes
  • Create educational content and leverage AI tools to enhance customer engagement and automate workflows
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B customer success, technical support, or account management, with 2-5 years in technical roles within software or technology
  • Solid technical expertise in CI/CD practices, software development workflows, and cloud technologies; proficiency in Git and GitHub is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet revenue growth and retention targets, with strategic instincts to identify risks and expansion opportunities
  • Fluency in AI tools for communication, data analysis, and customer engagement
  • Proficiency in customer success tooling such as Zendesk, HubSpot, and Vitally, with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
