Growth Ventures General Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of new business ventures, the full-time Growth Ventures General Manager will validate and scale innovative growth opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and drive commercialization efforts in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the founder and internal champion for new initiatives from concept through launch and early scale
• Validate, launch, and scale bold new growth opportunities including new markets, products, and business models
• Assemble and lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical, data, and operations

Required qualifications:

• Experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior operator in a high-growth startup or healthcare technology business
• Strong strategic, analytical, and financial instincts
• Proven ability to take ideas from ambiguity to action
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Passion for using AI and technology to address healthcare challenges
