Growth Workflow Specialist

Job Summary

To automate and scale the organic growth engine, the full-time remote Growth Workflow Specialist will translate SEO and AEO strategies into automated workflows, manage content brief generation, and monitor LLM visibility across various topics and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the organic growth automation pipeline from keyword ingestion to CMS deployment
• Translate SEO/AEO strategy into actionable workflow specifications for the build team
• Monitor LLM visibility and automate alerting and response workflows for shifts in visibility

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SEO with a strong technical understanding of crawling, indexing, and ranking
• Familiarity with AEO and LLM visibility concepts
• Experience with content management systems and automated content deployment workflows
• Strong systems thinking skills to map organic content workflows
• Ability to interpret organic performance data and define optimization strategies
