Job Summary

GSI Partner Director is a full-time, strategic role focused on building and expanding relationships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) to drive revenue and develop AI-native partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute GSI strategy, including joint value propositions and account plans
  • Lead partner revenue motions, including sell-to, sell-through, and sell-with strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create joint solutions and enablement programs for partners
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Alliances, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales
  • 3-5+ years managing GSI relationships with firms like Deloitte, Accenture, or similar
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnerships from early-stage environments
  • Experience with enterprise AI ecosystems and leveraging AI tools for operational scale
  • Strong executive presence with an analytical mindset and high ownership mentality
