GTM AI Analyst
Job Summary
Driving productivity for the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM AI Analyst will manage the technology portfolio, optimize GTM tools with a focus on artificial intelligence, and translate business needs into practical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Define the GTM technology strategy and assess the current portfolio for capability gaps and underutilized functionality
- Translate GTM productivity challenges into business requirements, evaluate tools, and recommend solutions for operational value
- Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for simplification and automation, and develop user guidance and adoption plans
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM function
- Hands-on experience with SaaS business tools and documenting end-to-end business processes
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and common GTM technology categories
- Demonstrated experience improving processes and coordinating work across business and technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with agile delivery practices or change management methods (preferred)
