GTM AI Builder

Job Summary

Owning the design and development of AI-powered tooling and automation across the GTM stack, the full-time GTM AI Builder will lead initiatives to reduce manual processes and increase throughput within a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI and automation initiatives across various functions, from problem definition to production release
• Design and build AI-powered modules to replace manual workflows, enhancing efficiency across sales and operations
• Engage with RevOps leadership to identify priorities, translate operational pain into technical scope, and maintain alignment on delivery metrics

Required qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience delivering production software in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Hands-on experience with CRM and GTM platform APIs, including workflow automation and complex data integrations
• Proven ability to operate independently at a senior IC level, defining scope and owning delivery end-to-end
• Fluency with LLM APIs and experience in shipping AI workflows in a real operational context
• Experience leading cross-functional automation initiatives with direct commercial impact, preferably in RevOps or Sales Ops
