GTM Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Analytics Engineer who will enhance data utilization across the revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) models using various data types to improve targeting and pipeline quality
• Design and implement workflows that enrich prospect data at scale while automating repetitive processes
• Architect integrations across the GTM stack to ensure reliable data communication between systems

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of RevOps workflows and the full GTM process
• Experience in building systems that drive pipeline
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Salesforce, n8n, and Snowflake
