Job Summary
Serving as the horizontal analytical layer across the go-to-market organization, the full-time remote GTM Analytics Lead will build and maintain BI reporting infrastructure, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to access self-serve, trusted data while managing analytical workstreams that connect data across functions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain core BI dashboard suite for real-time visibility into pipeline health and campaign performance
- Own the GTM data dictionary and analytical layer of the GTM forecast process, including historical conversion rates and pipeline coverage analysis
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects supporting key company initiatives such as segmentation analysis and market sizing
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in GTM analytics or revenue operations analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
- High proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Omni, or Looker
- Familiarity with Salesforce data models and their integration into data pipelines
- Experience collaborating with Finance on planning analytics and quota calibration
