GTM Application Manager

Job Summary

Owning and evolving the GTM tech stack, the full-time remote GTM Enterprise Application Manager will manage Salesforce and associated tools, ensuring system reliability and alignment with business needs while translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end GTM tech stack, including Salesforce CRM and adjacent tools, ensuring data integrity and platform reliability
• Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations and architect integrations with other RevOps systems
• Partner with RevOps leadership to translate strategic initiatives into executable technical workstreams and maintain system documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce or a similar CRM in a sales or revenue operations setting
• Proficient in Salesforce development skills, including Apex, Flow, and Lightning components
• Ability to independently translate business problems into scoped technical specifications
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM processes, including pipeline management and forecasting
• Strong communication skills for presenting system design decisions to technical and executive stakeholders
