GTM Architecture and Automation Manager

Job Summary

Leading the technical direction for a remote or hybrid team, the Manager/Senior Manager, GTM Architecture and Automation will oversee the architecture, automation, and AI strategy within the Revenue Operations function, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization of technology to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Arm of the Revenue Operations team, setting technical standards and evolving team operations
• Own the integration architecture across the GTM stack, making strategic build-vs-buy decisions and maintaining a living integration map
• Define and drive the AI/agentic roadmap, partnering with Product and Data teams to translate automation needs into actionable user stories

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue technology or GTM operations with ownership of GTM systems architecture
• 2+ years managing technical teams, including hiring and developing talent
• Deep Salesforce fluency across Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds, with experience in custom objects and data modeling
• Strong knowledge of iPaaS tooling and modern integration patterns
• Proven experience in setting and driving an AI/automation roadmap for a GTM stack
