Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the GTM Associate will drive lead generation and qualification to build a strong sales pipeline while collaborating closely with leadership to shape the go-to-market strategy for Sana's AI products.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify emerging market needs and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Serve as the first touchpoint for stakeholders at leading global organizations, focusing on sourcing high-value deals
- Work autonomously to assess markets, convert insights into actionable results, and support strategic sales initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a commercial or sales function at a B2B startup or a top-tier university background
- Ability to assess markets and identify high-value opportunities with tactical execution skills
- First-principles thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative nature with a focus on teamwork and achieving goals
