Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to various teams and help scale high-performing teams across regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary People & Culture partner for Sales, Solution Architects, Marketing, Customer Value Office, and Revenue Operations leaders
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle for GTM teams, including onboarding, engagement, development, and offboarding
  • Translate GTM business strategy into people priorities and provide recommendations on talent and organizational decisions
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of experience in Business Partnering or similar roles
  • Deep experience in partnering with B2B GTM organizations in high-growth environments
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret GTM metrics and translate them into people decisions
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with leaders and driving measurable outcomes
  • Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones and cultures
