GTM Communication Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote GTM Communication Manager, the role will manage the execution of go-to-market strategies through clear outbound communication, enablement resources, and cross-functional coordination to support BDR, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Product Marketing messaging into outbound sequences for customer-facing teams
• Coordinate enablement sessions and create practical resources to support BDR, Sales, and Customer Success teams
• Manage outbound sequence content and optimize messaging based on performance data and field feedback

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or related B2B SaaS roles
• Strong writing skills for creating clear, field-ready outbound communication
• Experience developing sales or BDR materials such as email sequences and messaging guides
• Understanding of B2B sales motions and customer engagement strategies
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder inputs
