Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Compensation Lead to manage global sales compensation operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the quarterly commission calculation process across all GTM roles
  • Partner with Finance to manage quarterly commission accruals and ensure audit readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and compensation plan alignment
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Sales/GTM Compensation, Finance, or RevOps
  • Proven experience managing quarterly commission cycles end-to-end
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM metrics
  • Experience building scalable processes with strong controls
