Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute compensation plans aligned with sales objectives and growth targets
- Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to administer sales compensation plans and ensure timely payouts
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine compensation models and provide reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years in a GTM Operations role, including Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis
- Preferred BS degree in business or finance
- Experience in Sales Compensation design and implementation
- Familiarity with compensation tools like Xactly or Salesforce SPIFF
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
