Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute compensation plans aligned with sales objectives and growth targets
  • Collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to administer sales compensation plans and ensure timely payouts
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine compensation models and provide reports to senior management
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years in a GTM Operations role, including Sales Compensation and Financial Analysis
  • Preferred BS degree in business or finance
  • Experience in Sales Compensation design and implementation
  • Familiarity with compensation tools like Xactly or Salesforce SPIFF
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
