Job Summary
As a remote GTM Customer Intelligence Analyst, the successful candidate will build and maintain analytics infrastructure for customer health scoring, develop renewal pipeline reporting, and analyze post-sales data to drive retention and expansion efforts.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the analytics infrastructure for customer health scoring, providing actionable insights for retention and expansion
- Develop renewal pipeline reporting to give visibility into renewal timing and risk, establishing reporting cadences for early intervention
- Instrument and analyze data from billing systems and support metrics to identify patterns predicting churn or expansion
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in an analytics, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with customer success data domains such as health scoring, churn, and renewal pipelines
- Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau
- Experience with Salesforce or customer success platforms like Gainsight or ChurnZero
- Ability to translate complex business questions into structured reporting requirements
