GTM Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support a temporary coverage during a parental leave, the full-time contract GTM Data Analyst will manage data quality and service levels while executing list management in Salesforce, creating ad hoc account lists, and supporting data governance initiatives remotely from anywhere in Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Execute list tagging and updates in Salesforce, coordinating with internal list owners
• Build and deliver account lists on request using 3rd party data vendors, especially during territory carving periods
• Support data governance and cleanup initiatives for Account objects in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, sales operations, or revenue operations roles
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) data entry, list management, and reporting
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and cleanup work
• Proficiency in Google Sheets for list management and ad hoc analysis
• Familiarity with GTM and 3rd party firmographic data vendors such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, and Pitchbook
