GTM Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time GTM Developer will collaborate with various GTM functions to build internal tools, automate processes, and enhance productivity through intelligent signal layers and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Embed with GTM functions to identify bottlenecks and develop tools that streamline workflows
• Build an intelligent signal layer that enriches data and routes it to the appropriate sales representatives
• Translate GTM challenges into systems solutions, moving projects from prototype to production rapidly

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a software, product, or platform engineer, preferably with internal tools
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with full-stack applications
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building automation using tools like n8n or Zapier
• Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and the ability to communicate effectively with non-engineers
