Job Summary
Owning the reliability and automation of the Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack, the full-time remote GTM DevOps Engineer will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure platform reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business systems like Salesforce and NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for GTM platforms, implementing safe rollout patterns and automated validation processes
- Own SLA/SLO definitions and standardize monitoring and alerting across core GTM systems, conducting root cause analysis for incidents
- Manage cloud infrastructure lifecycles and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for Business Systems workloads on GCP and AWS
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments
- Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with GCP services and familiarity with AWS services in a deployment context
