GTM Director for Anthropic

Job Summary

To drive the growth of Aimpoint Digital's Anthropic partnership, the full-time GTM Director for Anthropic will build and scale commercial strategies for Claude-enabled enterprise AI solutions, managing relationships with key stakeholders and developing market-ready offerings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to create and execute the commercial strategy and GTM plan for the Anthropic partnership
• Serve as the primary relationship lead between Aimpoint Digital and Anthropic GTM stakeholders
• Drive pipeline creation and progression through coordinated account planning and sales strategies

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, GTM strategy, or related commercial roles
• Demonstrated experience building alongside hyperscaler or AI model provider GTM teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise consulting services and solution engineering
• Proven ability to develop GTM plans and market-facing content
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI adoption patterns and governance considerations
