GTM Enablement Architect

Job Summary

Owning the global GTM and enablement strategy for Lakebase, the full-time Lead GTM Enablement & Scale Architect will design and implement enablement programs, build scalable demo environments, and partner with product teams to ensure field readiness in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GTM and enablement strategy for Lakebase, ensuring comprehensive training for Field Engineering and Partner Technical Sales
• Create scalable enablement materials using AI tools, including technical deep dives, competitive narratives, and hands-on labs
• Establish a feedback loop with product teams to relay field challenges and develop actionable recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement, particularly with databases or cloud data infrastructure
• Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud database services, with a strong builder mentality
• Proven ability to create enablement programs from scratch and work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex concepts to a broad audience
• Familiarity with the data and AI ecosystem, including Lakehouse architecture and AI/ML serving patterns
