GTM Enablement Architect

Job Summary

Owning the global GTM and enablement strategy for a Databricks product area, the full-time Lead GTM Enablement & Scale Architect will develop and implement enablement programs, partner with Product and Engineering teams, and create scalable resources for Field Engineering and Partner Technical Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GTM and enablement strategy for product areas, ensuring comprehensive field readiness
• Build and deliver scalable enablement content and tools using AI, including technical deep dives and demo environments
• Establish a feedback loop with Product teams to address field challenges and improve product positioning

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or related fields with a focus on data and AI platforms
• Hands-on knowledge of modern data and AI platforms, with expertise in one or more Databricks product domains
• Proven ability to create enablement programs from scratch and a strong product instinct for mapping features to customer use cases
• Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams
• Familiarity with the data and AI ecosystem, including Lakehouse architecture and AI/ML serving patterns
