GTM Enablement Architect
Job Summary
Owning the global GTM and enablement strategy for a Databricks product area, the full-time Lead GTM Enablement & Scale Architect will develop and implement enablement programs, leverage AI for scalable content creation, and partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure field readiness and competitive positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute the global GTM and enablement strategy for Field Engineering and Partner Technical Sales
- Build scalable enablement resources using AI, including technical deep dives and demo environments
- Establish a feedback loop to capture field challenges and communicate actionable insights to Product teams
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in solutions architecture, technical pre-sales, or related fields with experience in data and AI platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of modern data and AI platforms and experience in one or more Databricks product domains
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch with a focus on scalability
- Experience collaborating directly with Product and Engineering teams
- Strong understanding of the data and AI ecosystem, including Lakehouse architecture and Delta Lake
