Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to design and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs across the go-to-market organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires
  • Create and operationalize a GTM enablement strategy supporting continuous learning
  • Establish a consistent enablement cadence with defined training calendars and measurable engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a high-growth technology environment
  • Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams
  • Proven track record of building and launching impactful onboarding programs
  • Strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
  • Experience building programs for BDR or SDR teams is preferred
