Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Lead to design and scale onboarding and ongoing enablement programs across the go-to-market organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires
- Create and operationalize a GTM enablement strategy supporting continuous learning
- Establish a consistent enablement cadence with defined training calendars and measurable engagement
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in enablement within a high-growth technology environment
- Experience partnering with Sales, BDR, and Customer Success teams
- Proven track record of building and launching impactful onboarding programs
- Strong interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
- Experience building programs for BDR or SDR teams is preferred
