Job Summary
Building and owning the enablement function from the ground up, the full-time GTM Enablement Manager will develop onboarding programs, training materials, and feedback loops to enhance the performance of Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop structured 30/60/90-day onboarding programs and technical certifications tailored to various roles
- Create and maintain enablement training materials, playbooks, and internal resources to support sales and onboarding processes
- Facilitate communication between GTM and Product teams to ensure readiness for product launches and capture field feedback for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Enablement or a related GTM role within a SaaS company
- Proven ability to train on technical products, earning credibility with sales and support teams
- Experience in building structured learning paths from start to finish
- Strong background in pre-sales or post-sales processes, including customer support and retention
- Experience in the cybersecurity or MSP market is a significant advantage
