GTM Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager - Onboarding & Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead onboarding for new hires on the Onboarding and Customer Success teams
• Create and launch role-based playbooks for the Onboarding and Customer Success teams
• Develop enablement packages using various learning modes and leverage data for training and curriculum development

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Enablement role, working with Sales Engineers, CSMs, or Onboarding teams
• Experience in building playbooks for post-sales teams and developing adoption or upsell strategies
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, and Highspot
• Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
• Fast learner with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement
