Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to enhance the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own onboarding for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with ramp and milestone KPIs

Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, or Training roles
  • Experience in building enablement in fast-scaling or early-stage companies
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer success methodologies
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and modern GTM stacks
  • Strong project management skills and a clear communication style
