Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to enhance the effectiveness of Sales and Customer Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for Sales and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with ramp and milestone KPIs
- Build ongoing enablement programs and coaching materials to enhance team performance
- Lead change management for new tools and processes, ensuring effective adoption and understanding
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, or Training roles
- Experience in building enablement in fast-scaling or early-stage companies
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and customer success methodologies
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot and modern GTM stacks
- Strong project management skills and a clear communication style
