Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to architect and scale a high-impact onboarding engine for their global GTM organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and launch a repeatable, scalable onboarding program for various GTM roles
• Create structured learning paths to accelerate ramp and increase early-stage pipeline impact
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding aligns with evolving strategies and positioning

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or GTM learning roles in technology or cybersecurity
• Proven experience in building scalable onboarding programs from the ground up
• Demonstrated ability to improve ramp metrics and drive measurable performance outcomes
• Experience designing blended learning and eLearning programs using relevant tools
• Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, and CRM/sales engagement platforms
