Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic product launches, ensuring alignment with product team priorities and cross-functional collaboration
• Lead the design and delivery of enablement programs for customer-facing teams to ensure effective product positioning and adoption
• Coordinate between Revenue Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution of product launches

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in strategic planning and execution of enablement programs
• Strong project management skills to manage timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
• Leadership qualities to influence without direct authority
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement platforms is preferred
