Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time remote GTM Enablement Manager will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for market-facing teams, focusing on product knowledge, role-specific skills, and operational updates to drive performance and client success.
Key responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with leadership and team members to align enablement priorities and ensure effective execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful enablement content that translates strategy into high-performing execution
- Design and execute comprehensive enablement programs, including onboarding and role-specific training, to reinforce knowledge retention and skills application
Required qualifications:
- Healthcare/benefits industry experience is required
- 4+ years of experience in GTM Enablement or Training, with a focus on pre- and post-sales teams and processes
- Proven ability to design and deliver impactful enablement programs grounded in adult learning principles
- Strong analytical skills to use data for measuring impact and informing enablement strategies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to convey complex information clearly
