Job Summary
Building a comprehensive onboarding and coaching framework, the fully remote GTM Enablement Manager will design structured programs for new sales reps and account managers, establish consistent sales methodologies, and create a coaching infrastructure to enhance team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured onboarding program for sales and account management teams, including milestones and tracking
- Establish a consistent sales methodology and develop playbooks for key selling scenarios in collaboration with sales leadership
- Create coaching tools and frameworks to support managers in developing their teams and facilitating regular deal reviews
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years in a quota-carrying sales or customer success role, with 2-3 years of enablement experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building onboarding programs that effectively reduce ramp time
- Experience supporting both sales and customer success functions, with a strong understanding of both areas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Account Engagement
- Startup mindset with the ability to work independently and thrive in a greenfield environment
