Job Summary
Passionate about adult learning, the full-time remote GTM Enablement Manager will design, develop, and deliver learning programs to enhance productivity and performance across the go-to-market organization.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend scalable solutions
- Design and develop impactful onboarding curricula and role-based training programs using adult learning principles
- Manage multiple enablement initiatives, defining success metrics and measuring program effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Background in performance consulting and enablement program management
- Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or SAM
- Experience with LMS platforms and enablement technologies
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies and buyer-centric selling approaches
