Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager in Post-Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver post-sales onboarding curriculum and ongoing training programs for Customer Success and Account Management teams
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive learning curriculum and processes focused on customer satisfaction and growth
  • Measure program effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously enhance training to address challenges

Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, CS/CX Enablement, or equivalent roles
  • Experience with sales methodologies and qualification criteria
  • Expertise in GTM enablement tech including Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, and Knowledge Management Systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships
  • Passion for learning and development, with a commitment to driving continuous improvements
