Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional enablement strategies aligned with global strategy
- Design, deliver, and manage enablement programs for sales teams
- Conduct needs assessments and provide ongoing support and coaching to sales teams
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and/or sales enablement or training
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Deep understanding of GTM Sales Plays, sales processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills
