Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Program Manager to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of their global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, execute, and manage role-based and solution-focused enablement programs for Sales and Customer Success teams globally
  • Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires ramp up quickly and confidently
  • Track and evaluate success using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Sales or GTM Enablement, L&D, or a related performance enablement role
  • Expertise in program design, facilitation, and adult learning principles
  • Experience working with global GTM teams across Sales, Customer Success, or Partner ecosystems
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
