Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager to oversee sales enablement strategy and performance across its Revenue organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the sales enablement strategy to improve pipeline conversion and sales effectiveness
  • Build frameworks and tools for manager-led coaching on core sales skills
  • Leverage tools to create visibility into sales behaviors and establish clear success metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in SaaS sales enablement
  • Experience in owning end-to-end enablement programs or sales initiatives
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including discovery and deal strategy
  • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Gong and Salesforce
  • Experience in a multi-product SaaS environment is preferred
