Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging training content, including playbooks and e-learning modules
• Lead live training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills
• Execute enablement plans for new product features and create supporting communication assets

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design
• Proven track record as a former outbound sales leader or representative
• Experience building and executing outbound prospecting enablement programs
• Advanced presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to create compelling training content from technical documentation
