GTM Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement Specialist to support the execution and administration of global enablement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enablement systems and tools, including Seismic and Gong
• Execute global enablement launches and maintain documentation and workflows
• Produce reports and dashboards to track enablement activity and identify gaps

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in enablement operations, sales operations, or program coordination within SaaS/tech
• Experience administering tools like Seismic, Gong, or similar systems
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience producing reports using analytics tools
• Comfortable executing against structured workflows and processes
