GTM Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Enablement - Outbound.

Key Responsibilities

• Build outbound playbooks and training for SDRs, with overlap for AEs and CSMs
• Own the SDR ramp process, defining "Pipeline Ready" and the SDR-to-AE progression track
• Keep the SDR team updated on outbound stack changes, new product releases, and relevant AI tools

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of hitting outbound quotas as an SDR or SDR Lead
• Fluency in outbound tools such as Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, Gong, Salesforce, and Claude
• Experience in designing effective trainings, resources, and workflows
• Resourceful and able to build from successful practices
• Strong presentation skills and experience in conducting live trainings
