GTM Enablement Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Trainer, GTM Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead live onboarding sessions, covering product deep-dives and GTM fundamentals
• Own the live training experience for new revenue team cohorts, ensuring relevance and engagement
• Facilitate product sessions and run certifications to assess new hires' skills and readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Enablement, Onboarding, Program Management, or a similar role in a SaaS environment
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Highly organized and self-directed with a knack for structuring ambiguous situations
• Experience with AI tools and a willingness to learn new technologies
• Proven ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally across teams
