GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale internal systems that support the go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain internal GTM systems that support Sales
• Build reusable integrations, scripts, and automations to enhance team velocity
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for visibility across GTM performance

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building GTM systems or technical workflows in a high-growth SaaS or AI startup
• Strong fluency in data flows, system integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
• Proven track record of creating internal technical tooling to improve GTM speed and reliability
• Ability to translate product capabilities into operational GTM systems
• Experience with AI prompt engineering or internal demo environment setup is a bonus
