GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to manage and build the infrastructure behind GTM motions.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and normalize company and contact data from external APIs and custom scripts for segmentation and personalization
• Build campaigns using marketing tools to leverage data for targeted marketing experiences
• Develop internal apps and workflows to enable marketing and sales teams to self-serve and launch experiments

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data engineering, backend/full-stack development, or automation in a startup or growth-focused environment
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or JavaScript
• Experience working with APIs (REST, GraphQL) and integrating data from external services
• Ability to build lightweight internal tools and workflows using low-code platforms or custom scripting
• Strong collaboration skills and a business-first mindset focused on driving growth and impact
