Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to enable and optimize AI-powered workflows across Go-to-Market and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed intelligent automation into daily workflows and drive adoption of AI tools across departments
• Implement AI solutions for marketing data analysis, campaign optimization, and sales intelligence
• Oversee AI system management, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data/Information Systems, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and a strong understanding of AI models
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and CRM systems, with basic programming knowledge preferred
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
