GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of their go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-first automation across the customer journey to eliminate manual work
• Systematize and automate GTM workflows by designing scalable processes for enrichment and outreach
• Set up and run data-driven GTM experiments, tracking impact and scaling successful initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GTM or Revenue Operations with a strong technical orientation
• Proven track record in designing and shipping GTM workflows that enhance pipeline and retention
• Experience with AI native and automation tools, particularly Clay
• Deep understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and GTM motions
• Preferred: Computer Science degree
