GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer, Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled campaigns end-to-end, managing all tooling requirements and project timelines
• Deliver four campaigns and experiments monthly while meeting pipeline targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive campaigns and manage campaign-level reporting

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in English at a CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5
• Experience in Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth with a focus on sales pipeline
• Ownership of AI tech stack and experience with automation tools
• Understanding of sales processes and metrics
• Experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment
