Job Summary
A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to partner with the Enterprise sales team in developing data-driven strategies for account management and sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from various tools to inform sales strategies and create territory reports
- Develop frameworks for account prioritization and conduct whitespace analysis for named accounts
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to create account-specific messaging and GTM playbooks
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, RevOps, or enablement with complex Enterprise B2B sales cycles
- Proficiency in GTM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- SQL fluency for data analysis and prioritization model building
- Ability to design multi-channel strategies and translate them into execution briefs
- Experience in balancing priorities and building trust within sales teams in matrix organizations
