GTM Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer (GTM Engineer) to build and operationalize technical systems for go-to-market execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own GTM Engineering initiatives from conception to delivery, including scoping and prioritizing opportunities
• Build scalable automations and workflows across the GTM stack to enhance efficiency
• Create and operationalize an intent/signals engine to improve lead prioritization and account management

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of experience in GTM systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or similar fields
• Proven ability to build automations and integrations across a GTM tech stack
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and workflow automation
• Technical fluency in APIs, data flows, and automation logic
• Strong project management skills, including planning and stakeholder alignment
